General Terms of Service

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission

  • I reserve the rights of the final artwork

  • I do not allow my art to be used/sold as an NFT

  • I do not allow my art to be used for AI

  • For original characters I require the client to send a reference photo and/or a description of the character

  • I will strictly use my own art style

  • The commissioner is only allowed to make a maximum of 3 changes

  • The commission is for PERSONAL use only, I do not allow the commission to be used for commercial purposes.

  • The commission will be sent via Gmail/Google Drive link

  • The client may post the finished piece wherever, but must not claim the piece as theirs and must credit/tag me

  • Depending on the commission and place on the waitlist, it may take 2 weeks to 1 month to finish

  • No refunds/cancellation once I've begun the commission

Commission process

  1. Send me a DM or contact me on Discord (captlion_04)

  2. We will discuss the commission

  3. half of the payment must be received before I begin the commission

  4. In 2-5 days (or depending on the client’s spot in the waitlist) I will send a WIP

  5. I will continuously send updates on the piece

  6. I will wait for the full payment before sending the finished product

Payment

  • Payment is through either Gcash (local) or Paypal

  • To secure a slot the commissioner must pay 50% of the price upfront

  • The remaining balance must be received before I send the final piece

  • If the commissioner goes beyond the allowed 3 changes, a fee will be added
